Growing up, there was nobody up there on the screen I could relate to. Nobody I would or could ever be. So I sought my role models outside the world of movie stars. Heroes in science, activism, literature and music that allowed me to embrace and accept myself as I embraced and admired them.

But such times need no longer be. We’re in a new day in Hollywood! And I feel proud and empowered to be part of a new generation of filmmakers who are shattering old stereotypes, breaking down barriers and finally telling stories that embrace and reflect the beauty of the human spirit in all its glorious diversity.

A pioneer and heartfelt advocate of entertainment as a vehicle for social change, Ndoema’s recent efforts include the co-founding of WE World Entertainment, an award-winning motion picture company with a mission to eradicate stereotyping in mainstream Hollywood entertainment.

As Co-founder of Webisodic, a creative force behind some of the most groundbreaking achievements in interactive narrative and branded entertainment for leading global brands such as Sony, Disney, Warner Bros., 20th Century Fox, New Line Cinema, Universal Vivendi Games, and The Grammys, Ndoema leverages the power of the internet to further champion global awareness, diversity and multiculturalism.

In addition, Ndoema initiated the creation and implementation of the groundbreaking Webisodic Global Internship Program, a first-of-its-kind cross-cultural network successfully bridging university students from nearly a dozen countries with international mentors via hands-on training and utilization of the latest new media technologies.
